I got the opportunity today to highlight my concerns about the Criminal Justice Bill to Minister for Justice Helen Mc Entee. - There is a distinct lack of clarity and details of the offences - Concern about the scale of the powers of the legislation - "Urgency of the legislation" without proper debate and consideration - Need to provide greater financial support to the pubs - Implementation of COVID testing in all factories I also made it clear that I did not support the use of this legislation in an individual's private residence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdmzQMhKl4M
