Today I got to the address the Minister Madigan on the incomplete, unsafe and unacceptable state of the girls and boys schools in Duleek. The builder JJ Rattigan has failed to complete the remedial works to the required building standards and is blaming the delay in works and inspection to Covid - a great scapegoat for them.
