I will be supporting this bill as it provides 12,000 jobs throughout the country. The crisis around licensing is crippling the industry and this needs to be addressed urgently. The turnaround times for approving licenses are at a snail's pace and this needs to change. Livelihoods and economic progress depend on this bill being passed and implemented in full.
